BOOKING

Where can I collect the keys?

A few days before your arrival, we will send you an email with the necessary instructions for your check-in. We will meet you at the complex where the apartment is located and we will give you the keys.

When can we check-in and what time is check-out?

Arrival time is at 15:00h and departure time is at 11:00h but we try to be as flexible as possible, taking into account your travel schedule.

Is the cleaning service included?

The total amount of your reservation includes the cost of cleaning the apartment (after your departure). That is to say, when you arrive, the apartment will be clean. And when you leave the apartment, we will clean it once again. If you wish to arrange an extra cleaning service during your stay, please contact us for information on days/times and the additional cost.

Do children have to pay?

Children under 2 do not have to pay and children older than 2 years old have to pay as an adult.

Can I request a cot and a high chair for my baby?

Yes, we have high chairs and cots. If you plan to come with babies, please let us know in advance and we will inform you of the price and availability.

ACCOMMODATION

Are there bed linens and towels available in the apartments?

Yes, there will be bed linen and towels available for all the guests. Everything will be ready on your arrival (a towel change is included every 7 days).

Are there beach towels available?

Sorry, beach towels are not included.

Do you have free wi-fi?

Yes! We provide free wi-fi.

Do you have luggage storage?

Yes! We can arrange the storage of your luggage.

¿Do the apartments have air-conditioning?

No, but they have a fan.

Can we invite friends over?

Of course, but you must inform us. Please, be mindful of other guests in communal spaces. All visitors must leave the apartment before 10.00 pm.

On the day before the check out, what should I do with the rubbish?

Before leaving, you must take out the rubbish and drop it into one of the bins in the street. Please, empty the fridge and throw away the food. Non-perishable items can be left on the kitchen cooktop. Crockery, pans, glasses, etc. must be washed and returned to their correct place. Keep the common areas clean.

GENERAL INFORMATION

How can I get to the apartment from the airports?

At the airport there is taxi and bus service. From the Reina Sofia airport, it´s around 20 minutes; from Los Rodeos airport, approximately an hour.

Is there car parking available in the area?

Is the accommodation right on the seafront?

Yes, the building has two entrances. The main one leads to the promenade along “Las Vistas” beach. All our apartments have sea views.

Can we walk to cafes, restaurants and shops?

In Los Cristianos you will find plenty of jewelry stores, boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of high quality services.
Las Vistas beach is bordered by a broad avenue that links it to other beaches and shopping centres nearby.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

What happens if the keys are lost?

You must inform us and pay €15.

Smooking

All the apartments and common areas are smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony.
