TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING

 

Please, fill in the booking form and we will contact you as soon as possible. Remember it is not a definitive booking. We will send you an email to confirm availability and the total price. The minimum stay is one week however we will try to adapt to our guests.
Some days before your arrival, we will contact you via email to check your data (flight number, arrival/departure time, etc.). In case you do not receive the email, please contact us at info@rentonthebeach.es
It is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of guests indicated in the booking.
Children under 2 do not have to pay. If you plan to come with babies, please let us know.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellation Policy:
• If your reservation is cancelled within 30 days before your check-in date, we will refund 100% of the payment.
• If cancelled between 30 to 7 days before your check-in date, we will refund 50% of the payment.
• If cancelled within less than 7 days before your check-in date, no refund shall be done.
• If cancelled once the customer is already in the apartment, we will not refund the amount paid.

For the aforementioned reasons, we recommend you to have travel insurance with cancellation coverage.

 

HOW TO CHANGE A RESERVATION

 

In order to change a reservation, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.

 

CLEANING

 

The total cost of your booking includes cleaning the apartment. That is to say, when you arrive, it will be clean; and when you leave, we will clean it once again. If you want an extra cleaning service during your stay here, please contact us to check availability and price.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

 

There are several rules that all guests will have to follow:
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or communal areas. You can only smoke in the balcony.
Parties are not allowed. Please, respect other guests while they are sleeping and do not make noise in the terraces or in the communal areas of the building from 11pm till 9 am.
The maximum number of guests cannot exceed the amount agreed when booking the apartment.
• Please, keep the common spaces clean.
• Dispose of the rubbish in the nearest bins.
• Please, remember to turn off the lights and save water
• For your own safety, we recommend locking the door whenever you leave the apartment, as well as the entrance doors to the complex.
• Remember that the apartments have a safe box. We recommend you not to take valuable items to the beach. In tourist areas, there may be pickpockets.
• If your keys are lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible. It will involve an extra charge of €15.
The towels are strictly for the bathroom. They must not be used as beach towels or as cloths for cleaning.

 

CHECK OUT RULES

 

• You must leave the apartment before 11 am..
• The apartment must be left in good condition..
• Take out the rubbish and drop it into the bins in the street.
• Please, empty the fridge and throw away the food. Non-perishable items can be left on the kitchen cooktop. Crockery, pans, glasses, etc must be washed and returned to their correct place.

 

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

 

• Arrivals
Some days before your arrival, we will send you an email with all the information you will need to collect the keys.
Please, remember that the apartments will be available from 3 pm onwards. If you arrive before 3 pm and the apartment is not ready, we can keep your luggage.
If you notice any damage on arrival, please let us know.

• Departures
Please, remember that you must check-out before 11am. We will try to be flexible if you have a very late flight. However, most of the times we cannot do a late check-out so we recommend you to book an additional night.

RESPONSABILITY

Please, always lock doors and windows and take the keys with you when you leave the apartment. Never leave the keys, mobile phones, laptops, tablets or other valuable items on the terraces. The apartments have a safe box. For your safety, please lock the main entrance doors.
Take care of you and your children´s safety on the terraces. Never leave your children unattended. You are fully responsible for your own and the safety of children in the apartment, terraces and common areas.
If there are any problems during your stay here, something does not work properly or accidentally breaks, please contact us as soon as possible so that the situation can be resolved swiftly.
By checking into our apartments, you fully accept and assume any risks for any losses or personal damages. We will not be held liable for any consequences which could occur from the clients´ use of the apartment during their stay. This includes physical damages, loss by theft, fire or criminal behaviour. Should you not follow the rules mentioned above, we have the total right to ask you to leave the apartment immediately. If that is the case, you will not be able to request any economic compensation.
